Returns are allowed and must be initiated by the buyer within 14 calendar days from the
date of purchase. Please contact us to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Number) so
that we can process your return.
All returns sent in for refunds that are in unopened, new condition will be subject to a 15%
restock fee.
Items that have been received defective or damaged will be replaced. It is the buyer’s
responsibility to pay to send items back. Yogi Computers Inc will pay to reship
replacements to the buyer.
When sending the return back please make sure your return includes:
Original packaging
Original UPS barcode
All accessories (including manuals, warranty registration, etc)
RMA number
RMA number written on the outside of the box/label. Please do not write directly on the
manufacturer’s product box.
